Booking & Installation Terms and Conditions
By proceeding with your booking and installation, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Site Access

Please advise of any access limitations (e.g., stairs, gates, restricted times) prior to delivery.
Delivery Address
*
Delivery and installation will occur at the address provided. Changes must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
Site Preparation
*
Ensure the area is clear, safe, and accessible for our team to complete the installation.
Delays & Charges
*
Delays due to unsafe or inaccessible conditions may result in rescheduling and/or additional charges.
Re-Booking Fee
*
If no one is on-site at the scheduled time or access is denied, a re-booking fee may apply.
Structural Modifications
*
We are not responsible for structural changes (e.g., door removal, flooring adjustment) unless agreed to in writing beforehand.
Product Concerns
*
Any issues with the equipment must be reported within 48 hours of installation for timely resolution.
Unforeseen Circumstances
*
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel installations due to events beyond our control (e.g., weather, transport delays).
Additional Work
*
Additional tasks (e.g., mat cutting, drilling) must be pre-approved in writing. Unauthorised tasks will not be completed on the day. The installation price includes the first eight mats. Any additional mats will be charged at $10 per mat laid.
Installation Scheduling Process
*
The customer will be contacted within 2 business days from the date of purchase to schedule the installation. The installation will be completed within 14 business days.
